M&A Readiness Academy for HR
Willis Towers Watson Academy

Over the two days we will focus on:

  1. Building relationships with your strategy teams and articulating best practice for the role of HR within a deal.
  2. Preparing your (HR) organisation to deal with critical issues when confronted with an M&A situation.
  3. Identifying priorities and interdependencies when faced with complex deals and where to focus your time where it matters.
  4. Addressing key M&A hot spots such as financial due diligence, leadership analysis, talent retention, cultural analysis and implementation planning.

Why you should be ready...

Forbes 500 CFOs have indicated that 5 out of 10 main reasons for not achieving deal goals are HR related. Successful transactions require a holistic view and an early and intense focus on people and people-related issues.

To allow you and your HR team to prepare for a merger, acquisition or divestiture, we offer this M&A Readiness Academy for HR, focused on regional and global HR practitioners. The course combines country specific knowledge and global theories.

Our risk and human capital experts, will provide you with the tools and processes needed to help you effectively manage both financial risks and people using practical case studies, war stories and hands-on exercises.

The M&A Readiness Academy for HR will ensure you are ready to support your corporate strategy teams and are able to identify the potential risks and challenges from the very start of the deal cycle all the way through to implementation.
