We are delighted to invite you to our executive compensation breakfast briefing, taking place on Wednesday, 21 February 2018 in London.
This event’s theme is all about being fair pay. Pay fairness is in the news fairness between genders, fairness between CEOs and the wider workforce, fairness as measured by the Living Wage. As the debate on what constitutes “fair pay” intensifies, we are increasingly seeing Boards and Remuneration Committees asked to provide input. Willis Towers Watson’s view is that the focus on fair pay is going to grow, and given the number of stakeholders and complexities involved, it can be a challenging area for companies and Boards to navigate.
This session has therefore been designed to help you think about how to address the fair pay agenda in your organisation and the role of the various stakeholders including the HR function, the executive team and the Remuneration Committee. It will cover:
• The spectrum of approaches we see companies currently taking, from regulatory compliance to embedding fair pay in their employee proposition.
• What fair pay means in practice within an organisation and the implications on the broader talent management and HR cycle.
• The role of the Remuneration Committee and how to balance any changes with an already busy annual cycle.
• Key learnings from “real-life” examples in working with clients developing a fair pay strategy.
This event is free to attend. However, spaces are limited so early registration is encouraged.
We hope you will be able to join us at what we hope will be an interesting and informative session. Please use the link to the right to register.
